Close all contracts if reached an amount / Close all contracts after x Hours / push up information per what`s app, cornix app, e-mail#123

Hi Nikita…one question… is it possible to limit all open contracts regarding 2 possiblilities:
No_1: Close all contracts if reached 180 $
or
No_2: Close all contracts after 14 Hours

or ist it possible, that i get an information - a push signal regarding these both conditions per whatsapp/ E-Mail ?
