Stop-loss for higher leverages#159

If a higher leverage of e.g. 20x or 100x is selected, there is currently a limit for the stop loss which can be set.
If I want a default stop loss of 6% with leverage 100x, I should be able to select 600% but the options are limited to only 89%. It should be possible to select up to 1000% or more (e.g. if I want default stop loss of 10% with 100x leverage).
