if you delete a signal bot,it only soft deletes (archive) them. this means i cant reuse the same signal bot in new ones because they technically still exists but is just hidden. if we cant permanently delete, atleast allow us to “undelete”them and put them in an “archived” signal bots section
Hey there! After reading your request, I’m just wondering if allowing you to use the deleted bots names when creating new bots will answer your need. Will appreciate your answer
hello, yes that was the original issue anyway, not able to reuse signal bot names because it’s the same with the inaccessible deleted ones . if we can reuse names from deleted signals then that would be the simplest solution to this 😁
Yeah, we actually want to reuse the same name we used on deleted bot on new one.
for me it’s not about just naming but more like everything that goes with a bot if I accidentally delete it. Using the same name can “revive” it aloing with all the trades, configurations and PnL.
Okay so sounds there are 2 matters here
1) Reusing the names of the deleted bots
2) Support archive functionality which you can later on unarchive in addition to the permanent delete
@Viktor Georgiev I’ll change this ticket to the original purpose which is the reusing deleted bots names and it would be great if you can open a new one with the archive functionality that you wish to have.
Here is the new suggestion -> https://feedback.cornix.io/39
Hey @Viktor Georgiev, great!
Hey everyone, creating a new bot with the deleted bot name was deployed and now possible, appreciate the feedback!
hi Ori, thank you! confirming it works!
