The marketplace publishes detailed statistics on the success of groups, but the bot settings used to achieve these results are not published. After personal experience with some groups, I was not able to achieve similar results in backtests as the group in the top ten. In fact, my backtests ended almost at zero. To eliminate misunderstandings, I suggest that the trading bot settings recommended by the group be applied to the marketplace group. In the case of purchasing a subscription, the user would apply these settings and should achieve similar results to the statistics published on the marketplace. Now the usual practice is that after activating a group, the recommended settings are posted in its Telegram channel, which is outside of Cornix. Cornix did a great thing by starting to publish group statistics, but now it is important that we know how to achieve these results and not just guess how they managed to do it.

Hey @Bob Sinclair,
The results of the backtesting for the marketplace groups are combined out of 3 different timeperiods (1M/3M/6M), running with initial funds of 10,000$ and amount per trade of 500$ fix amount, only if a channel didn’t set it on their side.
The results will be the same on your side, if you use those settings while keeping everything else on Channel settings when creating / backtesting the bot. Keep in mind that testing with different time-frames / configuration / amount per trade / initial funds can results in different results.
For the current channel settings, you can look at the Group Configuration on the right section of the page in the create signals bot page.
Keep in mind that every signal might have different configuration as the admin cannot change past configuration for past signals. Every signal that is being posted is being posted with the current configuration of the channel, therefore, using channel settings will provide you with the configuration at each and every point at time.
If you still have anything unclear, feel free to reach out to our support.

I was thinking about your answer and would it be possible to give some optional settings for displaying statistics on the marketplace? For example, if I only use the Binance exchange, then I am interested in the results of signals only on Binance futures and if you claim that you use the default settings for statistics, or if the channel has its own parameters set, then you use these. For the avoidance of doubt, can you publish these settings as part of the channel information? You have this information and publishing it would be transparent with what settings the results were achieved. Then there is one more comment that should be taken into account in my opinion. If there is a note for several channels that they do not have enough reviews to display their rating in the number of stars next to the channel name, logically channels that have a signal history of less than 6 months should also be distinguished. This is also misleading and damages older channels, if by chance a new channel hits the trend, it will reach the first place in the market place after less than a month, and other channels will suffer from a choppy market and a decrease in profitability. This is exactly the situation that has occurred in recent months. Stable and high-quality signal providers with a history of 6+ months should be protected from such random new channels with luck in the results in a few days. My comments are motivated by the effort to improve your services for us users and increase its value and competitiveness against similar providers. All my comments are very important when deciding to purchase a subscription not only for signal groups on the marketplace, but also the most expensive version of the Cornix subscription and fully utilize its potential in autotrading.
