Allow Annual Subscribers to use All Backtesting Runs#371

At this moment, backtesting for Premium users are limited to 250 monthly runs.

Backtesting is mostly conducted at the start of any users’ subscription. It is also used by admins whom are attempting to find the best signal bot settings for their users.

As backtesting tends to be a one-time thing, it would be useful for annual subscribers to get access to their entire backtesting runs, rather than to have it limited to 250 monthly.
