Create alert on the list ( tradingview)#435

Tradingview has added the ability to create alerts for your list (for example, 10 or 100 coins at a time). I would like to see the implementation when I chose the number of coins (or my list) and create 1 bot for my list of coins.
And so, instead of creating 100 bots, we only need to create 2.

We adjusted our TV Bots to be able to get the ticker directly from TV so you can have a single bot with multiple pairs
