PnL for closed trades#47

When you close trade but decide to keep the coins the PnL shoud not be calculated by the current situation because you haven’t actual made neither loss nor profit. IMO it should say 0 with a text description in the trade that you have decided to keep the coins or something similiar

Also please add this so we can choose automatically when the bot closes a trade to keep the coins and not sell at market price.
