Multiple Signal Bots Share Trading Slots#476

When you have 2+ signals bots going it would be nice to be able to have a total trading slots that are shared between the bots. This will help control the amount of leverage in your account but more importantly have more trading opportunities open at the same time. one bot may be busier than the idle one with slots open and not trading. This will help streamline setting up 2 bots and figuring out how much to leverage for each bot dependign on the situation they are in.
