7 trades per minute limited#667

My bot sends more than 300–400 signals per month, and sometimes it sends over 7 signals within one minute. When that happens, some of the trades fail to open because of the 7-trades-per-minute limit, causing missed opportunities.

I kindly request to increase the trade limit to 15–20 trades per minute instead of 7, so that all signals can be processed without delay.
