Option to Exclude BE Trades from Position Limit Calculation#696

I would like to suggest adding an option that excludes trades where the stop-loss has been moved to breakeven from being counted toward the maximum number of allowed positions. This enhancement would allow traders to open additional opportunities without prematurely hitting the trade limit due to BE-protected positions. It would help optimize trade management and improve overall flexibility in executing strategies.
