Whitelist Admins with Listed Channels (Open Signal Limit)#701

Hello Cornix Team. Channels created are limited to a number open signals depending on the number of active users.

Limiting the number of open signals for listed channels will have a detrimental effect on marketplace backtesting. There may be periods of flatline backtests as open signals are capped. The number of new users may then decrease as users will not get any signals during their trial.

This will become a loop and may eventually affect the number of active users, which causes the number of open signals to drop to a lower and lower tier. The loop then continues as more new users using their trial do not get new signals.

Would recommend removing this restriction for admins with channels which are listed on your marketplace. This allows trial users to always receive new signals.
