Moving Take Profits on Admin Interface#716

Currently, the admin interface does not support moving take profit for signals, which creates confusion and requires users to manually adjust settings repeatedly.
This limitation makes it difficult to follow strategies accurately and increases the risk of trades not closing properly, potentially leading to losses.
Adding moving take profit controls directly into the admin interface would greatly improve usability, automation, and overall strategy performance.
