Split notifications#730

It would be very helpful to have the ability to separate notifications by account, and ideally also by individual bot.

At the moment, notifications from my demo bot generate so much noise that important alerts from my real trading account are easy to miss.
More granular notification controls would significantly improve usability and response time.
