Execute sell orders as All-Or-None (AON) orders#89

DCA bots constantly execute partial sell orders, causing all buy entries to be disabled due to “Sell Reached”. This happens frequently on some Exchanges like KuCoin, especially on low volume trading pairs. See attached.

When partial sell occurs, the bot is permanently stuck, unable to dollar cost average, and unable to sell, unless the price miraculously goes up.

By using All-Or-None (AON) order or something similar, we can eliminate this problem from happening.
