Make a command for bot#176

To close all market

Example /close All Long
/close All Short

NEEDED URGENTLY.

This should be very simple to map since you already have the close_all etc functions mapped.

Please integrate the function for Admins to:

/Close_long
/Close_short

I am losing trade profit today simply because /close_long and /close_short commands are not mapped.

With close_long and close_short: SUBSTANTIAL balance can be maintained.

This is a big oversight since cornix knows which trades are long and which are short.

Please make this a top priotity.

Preserving unresolved gains is of maximum importance.
